Ruleset
The S5 ruleset is based off of the Standard ruleset with the following changes:
- Clipping through the cage in Shadow Temple allowed (same as previous seasons of TFB)
- Crossing the GV bridge requires Longshot or Epona (same as previous seasons of TFB)
- Shadow temple entrance requires Dins Fire / no FAE (same as previous seasons of TFB)
With the pre-S9 changes to the Standard ruleset, there are a couple of tricks newly allowed in TFB:
- Accessing the Spirit Temple boss door without using Hookshot or Longshot
- Accessing the wind tunnel room of Shadow Temple from the invisible spikes room without using Hookshot or Longshot
- Water hop to access Morpha
- Ground jumping out of Hovers
